Terms of Use

PhotoWipe is provided as-is. By using it you agree to these terms — they are written to be read, not to hide anything.

The service. PhotoWipe removes metadata blocks (EXIF, GPS, XMP, embedded comments) from JPEG and PNG files without re-encoding them. While the wipe is lossless by design and tested before every release, software can fail and files can be unusual — we cannot guarantee the service is fit for every purpose, and we accept no liability for data loss. Always keep your originals.

Fair use. The free daily allowance is per person, meant for genuine personal use. Automated bulk access, resale of the service, or attempts to circumvent quotas may be rate-limited or blocked without notice.

Payments and cancellation. Paid plans are billed through our merchant of record, Paddle. One-time packs grant credits that do not expire. Subscriptions renew each period until canceled; you can cancel at any time in the customer portal linked from your receipt, and the plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Refund requests within 14 days of a charge are honored via the address on your receipt.

Prices. Prices are shown including applicable taxes where required. We may change prices with notice; active subscription periods are always honored at the price you paid.

Your files. We claim no rights over anything you process. You must not use the service to process content you have no right to use, or to break the law.
